In view of differing voices over massive land pooling proposed by Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) for Amaravati Phase-2, the Citizens for Democracy (CFD) founder and secretary Dr. Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar has called for extensive public debate on the issue.
Ramesh Kumar, a retired IAS officer and former State Election Commissioner, has already appealed to Minister for Municipal Administration P. Narayana to reconsider the decision on second round of land pooling.

Ramesh Kumar mentioned about prevailing contrary views and perceptions concerning the second phase of pooling on a large scale.
